February has been an extraordinary Month

February 3rd marked the beginning of the Lunar/Chinese New Year 2011 Year of the Rabbit…I had a very auspicious meeting on that day!

February 4th visited with Senior Citizens at The Elms in Glendale we had a fun Valentine Celebration! Volunteering is a great way to give back to the community…

February 6th met with my Shaman group for a Chi Gong practice followed by a first of it’s kind Chi Gong after party! It’s important to have fun…

February 15th enjoyed a delightful Birthday celebration…xoxo to my family for their love and support!

February 17th attended a video taping for Anea Bogue life coach and confidante extraordinnaire!

February 18th Hosted a Full Moon celebration for Spiritual enlightenment led by our Teacher Raven Lee

February 20 Exhibited Papua Coffee at the 2011 Trend Show Glendale Civic Auditorium

February 23 Found and purchased my first Djembe drum at Guitar Center in Pasadena

February 24 Living Beyond Organic presentation and book signing event at the Center for Wellbeing in Sierra Madre, CA

February 25 Enjoyed a belated Birthday celebration lunch and brainstorming session with an amazing friend!

February 26 It SNOWED in La Crescenta!

February 27 my two beautiful girls played in the snow and built a baby snowman!

February 28 got the idea to share a re-cap of a month in the life of the Food Alchemist
