This coffee gives me a feeling of well-being and energy without the nasty jolt that regular coffee gives you. I have suffered from moderate to severe panic/anxiety disorder for most of my life. As a result I have had to stay away from all beverages and foods that contain high amounts of caffeine. I have always loved the aroma of coffee, but was never able to drink it because it would cause severe heart palpitations and panic attacks. When I met Christina, she offered me a cup of Papua New Guinea coffee. I explained that I would love some, but that I couldn’t drink it. She insisted I try some. I hesitated because I was frightened of the reaction…I got up the courage and had a cup. I was amazed!!! I felt no bad reaction, jitters or rapid heart beat. I was blown away! Now I enjoy Papua New Guinea coffee every morning with breakfast. How amazing is that? Natalie Hernandez Los Angeles, California

please take this opportunity to enjoy this much needed reprieve from the stormy weather…
Our body needs at least 20 minutes of sunshine a day (morning preferred).
“This is a super immune booster. It increases vitamin D production and stabilizes all hormone production by allowing your body to synthesize vitamin D from the sun’s ultraviolet rays.” excerpt from: Living Beyond Organic: nutritional knowledge redefined!
Regarding sun protection: avoid synthetic sunscreen products they produce toxic effects and cause distortion of the sun’s ultraviolet rays. Always read the label and look for natural ingredients.
Zinc is good especially when sun exposure is prolonged. For daily sun protection use
Beyond Organic body oil is excellent for protection from the sun as well as toxins from the environment, while nourishing the skin. It contains FCP olive oil, apricot kernel oil lavender essential oil and vitamin E. Available on www.lborganic.com

I am so delighted that many of you have responded positively to the daily Living Beyond Organic tips I have been posting!
A brief review:
Establish the good habit of taking 20 minutes a day to connect with yourself in nature under the morning sun if possible (for those who live in cold regions this is a good opportunity to add the sun to your visualization).
Identify the changes you wish to make
Visualize the changes you wish to make
Drink more water!
ideally natural spring and if you are drinking distilled be sure to re-mineralize with RealSalt!
Now you are ready to start taking that brisk walk or any exercise that you enjoy to stimulate the cardiovascular system…30 minutes per day is all it takes to stimulate your circulation, promote detoxification and increase your HDL (high density lipids) the good cholesterol!
Take care of your beautiful body!

So by now you have: identified what you want to work on…made it a priority…and are doing a daily visualization to manifest that change…wow all that and your only 4 days into the New Year!
I want to encourage you to continue using this information as a guideline and reminder to stay connected with yourself…
Now it’s time for us to take inventory on a few basic necessities…
How much water have YOU had today?
Be honest…it’s very important!
Your 77 trillion cells need at least 64 ounces per day of pure clean water to stay properly hydrated.
So next time you are reaching for juice or soda switch to spring mountain water instead… and your body will love you!

Once you establish at least 20 minutes a day for yourself on a regular basis…take it to the next level
by getting re-connected with nature. The location can enhance the whole experience of integrating body-mind and spirit and reflecting on your thoughts.
The following tips will help you find your ideal location:
Go outdoors whenever possible
During morning sunlight is best
sitting on the grass in your favorite park
sitting on the sand at the beach
sitting by a lake
If you have a meditation space in your home or office that works too but try to
avoid high traffic areas, noisy places and power lines whenever possible.
The key is to create a fun experience that you look forward to so that it becomes part of your daily ritual!
