What Happens When We DON’T Eat Super-Enzyme Foods?

Hi everyone! My name is Christara Avaness, daughter of the Food Alchemist. I’m a third year pre-med at USC and have supplemented my coursework with studying the effects of foods and herbs on the human body for the past 7 years. I’ve also had the opportunity to provide nutritional consultations for the past two years. The Food Alchemist is still out of the country and without internet access, so I’ve recently been introduced to the world of blogging…. very excited to share what I’ve learned with you. SO – What Happens When We DON’T Eat Super-Enzyme Foods? Here are three major effects on our organs and how they relate to some common dis-eases:

1) THE LIVER grows sluggish under the perpetual, daunting task of filtering hard-to-digest foods. When it is finally unable to properly convert cholesterol to digestive bile, higher levels of cholesterol remain circulating in the bloodstream.

2) THE PANCREAS degenerates from having to produce alkalizing bile to pH-balance the over-acidic digestive tract; this results in the production of ineffective insulin, eventually leading to type II diabetes.

3) THE KIDNEYS deteriorate from the barrage of refined salt and daily stress. Organic sodium, a major mineral component of UNREFINED salt, is one of the six essential minerals needed to properly pH-balance the blood fluids. Its synthetic counterpart, however, only serves to compromise the integrity of the kidneys, ultimately leading to a dysfunctional state conducive to high blood pressure.

What SHOULD We Do Then?

  • Eat Super-Enzyme Foods and drink at least 8 glasses (64 oz) of natural spring water
  • Supplement with B-Complex & Potassium
  • Use RealSalt from Redmond Utah
